Do you post bail or write bonds?
No. We build marketing for licensed bail agents. We do not post bonds, and we never pose as an agency on your behalf.
How fast do bail sites start getting calls?
Google Business Profile changes can show in weeks. Jail and city pages usually take a few months to settle. We will not promise a date, because Google sets the pace.
Can a small agency compete with the big ones?
Often, yes. The big agencies buy ads. Few of them build a real page for each jail, so those searches are open to whoever does.
Is Shop Desk safe for applications and IDs?
Yes. Shop Desk is encrypted in transit and at rest, and every agent signs in with their own account. Only your office sees your files.
What does it cost?
It depends on how many jails and counties you serve. Book a call and we will give you a written price before you commit to anything.
Do you work outside California?
Yes. We build for agents in any state that allows commercial bail. The page plan follows your jails, wherever they are.
Why build a page for every jail?
Because that is the search. A family types the facility name and the word bail. A page for that facility answers it in a way your home page cannot.
Will you name my agency on jail pages?
Yes. The page is yours, on your site, with your number. It explains the facility and the next steps, then hands the family to you.
Do you run Google Ads too?
We can, but we start with the pages and the map. Bail clicks are costly, and organic calls keep coming after the budget stops.
How do I know it is working?
Call tracking and a monthly report. You see how many calls came in, from which pages, and which searches moved.
Can I use one of the twelve designs for my agency?
Yes. Pick one and we rebuild it with your name, phone, jails, photos and colors. No two agents in the same market get the same design.
Do the sites work in Spanish?
Yes. We build Spanish pages for agents who serve Spanish speaking families, written by people, not run through a translator.
Will I own the site?
Yes. The domain and the content are yours. If you leave, you take them with you.
Who writes the copy?
We do, from a call with you. It stays inside what your state allows bail agents to say, and you approve it before it goes live.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. We can route your number through Shop Desk, or add tracking lines beside it. Your callers dial the same number they always have.
Does Shop Desk replace my bail software?
It can sit beside it. Many agents keep their bond and court system and use Shop Desk for the calls, texts, applications and payments that come before.
What happens to a call nobody answers?
The caller gets a text back within seconds, and the agent on shift sees the missed call at the top of the inbox.
Is the data encrypted?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each agent has their own sign in.
